Polling Places and Hours
Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m..
Precinct 20 will vote in the Courthouse Lobby
Precinct 21 will vote at City Hall Upstairs
Precinct 22 will vote at Ripley High School Main Building
Precinct 23 will vote downstairs at City Hall
Please note, there will be no voting at the Presbyterian Church as this City Election coincides with this year's Federal and State Primary election.
Voter Registration Deadline for this Election is April 22, 2014
Early Voting April 30th through May 10, 2014
Early voting will be open during regular business hours at the Jackson County Courthouse in the Voter Registration Office form 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Early voting will also be available there from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays during this early voting period---the Courthouse will be closed for all other business other than early voting during these Saturdays. 
Absentee Voting Period is now underway and will end May 7, 2014. To request an absentee ballot, voters must contact the Jackson County Clerk's Office for an application.  The last day the County Clerk's office can receive a completed application is May 7th.
Emergency Absentee Voting will take place from May 6, 2014 to May 13, 2014 until noon. 
Applications for emergency absentee voting will be accepted from May 6th to noon May 13th.   Ballot commissioners deliver ballots to voters for emergency voting on election day.
